Informacions del Saló

Del divendres 29 de maig al dilluns 1 de juny (segona pasqua i festa per molts) tindrà lloc el 27è Saló internacional del Còmic de Barcelona al Palau número 8 de la fira de Barcelona. El preu de l’entrada serà de 6€ general i de 4€ gràcies al descompte d’alguns carnets i per grups escolars.

Un any més el Saló del còmic aposta per apropar l’art del còmic al públic general i per satisfer als aficionats més exigents… i si bé la frase podríem dir que ja comença a estar gastada (i és que cada vegada que s’acosta el saló la utilitzem), la veritat és que no perd vigència, cosa que queda demostrada amb la gran quantitat d’exposicions de les que podrem gaudir, els tallers que podrem participar i la presència d’autors de fama local i internacional.

Tal i com ja ve passant d’uns anys ençà, l’escola Joso s’encarregarà d’oferir tallers pràctics de dibuix i també algunes classes magistrals a càrrec d’algun dels autors convidats.

És també un dels reptes del Saló mostrar els lligams que hi ha entre la cultura i el còmic, tenint per exemple, una exposició dedicada al món del futbol; una dedicada al nou – i esperat- còmic de Batman ambientat a Barcelona; una mostra fotogràfica dedicada a Brussel·les, bressol del naixement de grans còmics i, transcendint al mateix saló, FICÒMIC, amb col·laboració de la Filmoteca de Catalunya, organitzen un cicle de projeccions de pel·lícules relacionades amb el còmic, com ara Batman Beggins, Persepolis o Hellboy entre altres.

Seguint en la línia encetada ja fa un temps, aquest any la comunitat autònoma convidada serà Galícia, així que podrem veure una selecció d’ historietes que faran una interessant radiografia de l’estat del còmic Gallec.

Ja hem comentat abans que autors de fama internacional seran presents al Saló; hi seran representats el còmic Americà, l’Italià, el Francès i l’Espanyol. Per anomenar-ne alguns, destacaríem els americans Mike Mignola, autor de Hellboy, Mark Waid autor (guionista) del còmic Batman: el caballero oscuro a Barcelona; el Coreà Jim Lee ( de l’escola nord americana i autor de la portada de Batman: el caballero oscuro), els francesos Nicolas Wild o François Bourgeon, els Italians Gipi o Claudio Stassi i diferents autors locals, guanyadors d’anteriors edicions, com Pasqual Ferry o Roger Ibañez.

En la línia de premis, el saló aposta per un ampli ventall de guardons, fins a un total de 9, que van des de la millor obra estrangera publicada a Espanya el 2008 fins al nou premi, creat aquest any, de la millor llibreria especialitzada.

De nou el Saló del Còmic arrenca amb força com el que és, un saló de referència internacional en el marc del còmic general.
